I think it's Jojoland Melody in color # 20 for the swirl shawl pattern. I love this yarn and have used it before. I've also some of their lace weight yarn, boy is that thin! Oh how I would love to be in the sock club. Fingers crossed. :o)

Hi! I recognize the yarn and pattern right away - since my LYS has a sample on display. The yarn is Jojoland Melody and the pattern is the Swirl Shawl. The colorway is a little harder (allowing for monitor variation and all) but it looks like ms#29. Great yarn, isn't it? I have some marinating in my yarn treasury, waiting to speak to me.
I also think Jojoland Melody in #08 and the Swirl Shawl. I started it, but got a little bored after awhile, so haven't even come close to finishing it. It sure is striking, though!
